※ Please record the entire process: To protect the rights and interests of both parties, please make sure to record the entire unboxing process to ensure that no items are missing.
► For issues such as wrong shipment, missing items, defects, etc., please provide the "complete video recording" as evidence (starting from the intact state of the delivery package before opening).
► The video should clearly capture the "unopened condition," "unboxing process," "physical items," "product details," and so on.
► The video should be in the form of "clear, unedited unboxing video," and videos with fast-forwarding or obvious editing traces will not be accepted.
► If you have any doubts about the product, please inform us within three days of receiving the goods (including the day of receipt) with the physical shipping receipt and complete video recording as evidence. Requests submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.
Return and Refund Policy:
► According to consumer protection laws, you have a 7-day cooling-off period (including holidays) starting from the day the product is delivered. Within this period, you can return or exchange the product. Requests made after the deadline will not be accepted. Please note that the cooling-off period is for necessary inspection only and is not a trial period.
► Bathrooms and cleaning products are considered personal hygiene items and are not eligible for return or exchange. In the case of defective items, only a replacement of the same product will be provided, and no refund service is available.
► When returning or exchanging goods, please ensure that the product is in brand-new condition with complete packaging. Contact customer service through the "order notes" for further assistance.
‧ For defective items that require "exchange," please process the exchange within 7 days. The round-trip shipping fees will be fully covered by us.
‧ For non-defective items that require "exchange," please process the exchange within 7 days. You will be responsible for the round-trip shipping fees for the new product. The maximum processing period is 10 days.
‧ For non-defective items that require "return," please process the return within 7 days. You will be responsible for the return shipping fees. The maximum processing period is 10 days.
‧ After receiving the paper invoice and the returned goods,
If you made the payment with a "credit card," we will refund the "total payment amount minus shipping fees" to your account. If it exceeds the bank's billing date, the refund will be transferred to your account.
If you made the payment with "ATM/Online ATM/Convenience store code payment," the refund amount will be "total payment amount minus shipping fees," and it will be returned to your account.
► Please note:
If the goods are delivered to a convenience store/receiving address but not collected, resulting in a return, the buyer will be responsible for the second round of shipping fees. Our customer service will assist you with resending the package.
For pickup at 7-11 convenience stores, the pickup person must provide the store clerk with their real name and "present the original identification document matching the name of the pickup person on the receipt" before receiving the goods.
When filling in the shipping information, the system will remind you to use your real name. If you do not provide the correct information when placing the order and cannot pick up the item, you will be responsible for the second round of shipping fees after the product is returned. Our customer service will assist you with resending the package.
Definition of Non-Defective Items:
All shipped items undergo random packaging inspections. Damaged packaging does not mean that the product has been used. If you have any concerns, please consider purchasing from other physical stores.
Due to transportation and manufacturing processes, some packaging damage may occur. If you require intact packaging, please inform us in advance. It is also advisable not to ship a large number of items via 7-11 delivery, as the limited volume may lead to compression. If you need to replace a product due to packaging defects, you will be responsible for the replacement cost.
Plastic and metal products may have uneven surfaces, plastic wear, and uneven injection points due to manufacturing limitations. Rough edges are considered normal phenomena.
For leather products, if they are genuine leather, individual factors such as blood vessels, folds, insect bites, or scars from fights may be present. Due to the presence of pores, color fading or discoloration may occur. Different lighting conditions during personal use may also create variations in brightness.
Due to variations in individual screen color settings and differences in lighting during photography, there may be slight color differences between the actual product and the photos.
Sizes are measured manually, and there may be slight discrepancies.
Products are packaged in bags or boxes. New items may have a slight odor from fabric or dyes, which will gradually dissipate after airing or cleaning.
